Cancellation and Refund

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service or [email protected].
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and downloadable software products.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
